Consultation

Our complimentary consultation service helps guide you through the options to find the perfect combination of steel doors, windows and partitions to make your home or office completely yours.

After the consultation you will receive a quote for your project which will provide an estimate based on the selections you have made.  When you are happy with your quote you can place your order with us. We aim to give you accurate lead times once an order is placed.

Survey, Design & Drawings

An appointment will be made so a Black Steel surveyor can come and inspect the site. We want your installation to go as smoothly as possible, so we take extra care during our surveys to make sure that happens.

Our surveyors will talk you through all their findings and pre-empt any issues so to avoid any stress or misalignments later down the road. They’re also on hand after their initial visit to come back and talk through any complications that may have cropped up.

Once the survey has been completed, one of our experienced CAD technicians will create the technical drawings for your project - at this point we will be able to give a more accurate quote.

We make sure you’re never left in the dark throughout the process and plan your project with confidence.

Manufacture & Installation

Your bespoke doors, windows or partitions will then be manufactured by our experienced engineers. Each element will go through various quality assurance tests so you can rest assured your product will be the finest it can be.

Once your product is ready, it will be delivered to the site and installed by our experienced team.
