Q: What are your areas of operation?
A: We operate predominantly within the M25, however are happy to do projects outside of London as well.
Q: Where are you based?
A: We have a showroom in North Wembley, a 5 minute walk from the station. However if needed, we are happy to visit you in your office or on site.
Q: What is your process?
A: Firstly we will work with you on design and aim to have an estimate with you in 24 hours, from there once the estimate is accepted, we will send one of our design team and a surveyor to take final designs and measurements. Once these have been drawn up, you will sign them and production will begin.
Q: Are your doors pre-made?
A: Our doors are fully bespoke. We offer flexible design for both the internal and external profiles. We can also offer a third profile in which we can fit fire rated glass.
Q: What are your capabilities as a manufacturer?
A: We are able to manufacture all types of internal doors, anything from; French Doors, Sliding Doors, Pivot Doors through to Windows and partitions. Externally we can provide Bi-folding, French doors as well as windows. All doors are bespoke to each project and we have the capabilities to do angles and curves, so enquire for any odd requests!
Q: What are the main problems you come across with your projects?
A: There are always hang-ups, but as a company we are fast thinking and always looking for solutions. Each project brings its own challenges, but our talented team are at hand to offer advise through all stages.
Q: Can we have any handle or lock we like?
A: We are flexible on handles types on our internal profiles to an extent, with our external profile we are unfortunately only able to offer one handle and lock style. This is because the handle is welded onto the frame itself.
Q: What are your best-selling styles of doors?
A: Our best-selling door styles are our modern “crittal style” internal profiles. With 20mm glazing bars it is one of the slimmest and least intrusive on the market with that sleek look. Second to that is our Thermally broken external profile which offers a 1.1 U-Value, currently the best on the market.
Q: Where are your doors produced?
A: Our profiles have been designed in Switzerland and manufactured in Poland by our 40 year running production facilities.
Q: What colours can you do?
A: If you can provide us with a desired RAL colour we can do anything. This however will affect lead times and overall price of your project. To keep it simple we offer 4 standard colours with the two most popular being RAL9005 and RAL7016.
Q: How are we protected as customers?
A: We offer a two year warrantee which comes as standard from date of install. Our steel is galvanised and powder coated, giving the colour a 2 year guarantee. Glass is covered for 5 years and our profiles themselves for 10. We also have an additional maintenance plan which you can apply to once your warrantee has ended.

Q: In what areas of construction do you work in?
A: We work predominantly in the residential sector on refurbishments or new builds, however we also have the capabilities to do fit-outs and commercial spaces such as hotels, shops or offices!
